Sara Hibbs started working at RCM Capital Management at the age of 17 as an Administrative Assistant to the founder, Russell Kizer. After graduating from high school, she attended Jefferson State Community College for two years before transferring to Samford University in Birmingham, AL. In 2005, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in accounting. She worked full-time at RCM Capital Management during her college years. After completing her degree, she obtained her Series 6, Series 63, Series 65, and Series 22 Securities Licenses (currently held with LPL Financial). She is licensed to trade securities in all 50 states and also holds a Health and Life Insurance license.
Sara started working with Ramsey Solutions in 2005 as a National SmartVestor Pro. Throughout the years, she has assisted thousands of Dave Ramsey listeners in navigating the Baby Steps. She has a unique ability to connect with people, which sets her apart as a financial advisor. Her passion for educating others about finance has allowed her to build and maintain long-term client relationships and assist them in making some of the most crucial decisions in their lives.
In her spare time, Sara enjoys shuttling her two incredible children between cheerleading and sporting events. She is an active member of Crosspoint Church and teaches 1st to 5th graders in the children’s ministry. She resides in Trussville, AL, and enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, reading a good book, and spoiling her dog, Scout.
